deca mg/week min?

how many mg per week of deca would show some gains. im 6'5'' 180. been working out for 2 years, on good diet.

200mg weekly is the generally accepted minimum. Many new users have gotten strong keepable results from this dosage over 8-10 weeks.

Parhaps less could be used but why bother at this point.

The only issue is that HPTA suppression is very strong and some users report lower levels of libido (ussually at higher dosages). 100mg of either test cyp or enanthate will prevent this as will proviron. I never had this issue when running deca alone.

Regardless, start clomid 3 weeks after last injection.
