So i'm contemplating my first cycle,well first cycle if you don't count M1T
. And pretty much the only thing I want to gain from it is the use of my legs again, I'm 6'2" 215-220lbs 6-8%bf and almost all my strength is upper body beacuse of really bad knee problems. Anyway, after almost colapsing during my most recent set of squats(with a whole 185lbs on the bar! see, STRONG!
) I decided its time to really do something about it. I've been reading up on everything for several years now and believe that Deca would be the best/only choice for me.
So, IDEALLY I would like to run just a small dose of NPP each week but I can't get NPP so i'd have to do deca. I've read that the therauputic dose for deca is 100-300mg a week, will this be enough to help with my knee problems? or will I need more, and yeah if I do end up going deca I'm sure I'll be stacking it with test also. I guess I'm just between the lines of an absolute minimum cycle to fix my knees and a full blown cycle to both work my knees and blow myself up another 20lbs
Or am I completely overestimating the ability of deca to rebuild the tendons/ligaments in my knees altogether?
