Deca fans??

Who are fans of deca here and how much do you use? Ive heard of people using 1000mg a week but Im scared to try it at all incase of gyno.

ive used it at 600mgs a week and love the stuff. i have no probs with gyno of either type so it wasnt an issue. but i dont really see the need to run it at 1000mgs a week anyway.

I like deca too, but I think 1000mgs/week is asking for problems. Probably no need to go more than 600/week like juice4me said.

If you never did Deca before, 400mg per week should be plenty.

400 mgs of Deca is plenty ,i've used it for years and its still dont go over 400 and grow.

I added it to my cycle 4 weeks ago and I already love it. Test made me strong as hell but I had a hard time putting on mass. Now that I added the deca at 400mg/week I´m blowing up, hunger is through the roof, recovery is getting scary.

anywhere between 400-600 is good. A gram of deca a week is a bit stupid, you wont gain much more and your likely to get a lot of sides. That stuff is expensive anyway.
