The only thing I can think of was that someone was using a eyedrop container to transport their gear....

It is pretty common to see people around here talk about that to get it through situations where amps or a vial may be looked at very oddly.....

okay, that doesn't mean it's administered through the eye.

Like I said, people put gear in eye drop bottles to avoid scrutiny. Even if it is just avoiding a deeper look than an x-ray.
