deca durabolin and winstrol

can anyone tell me what results i can expect from these two stacked together?
and any advice when taking them?

What is your workout like? How long have you been working out? Deca and winstrol is not really a good stack IMO

i work out 4 times a week, since my sophomore year in high school.

No prob man. Add test to either winstrol or deca. How many cycles have you done? If you are a beginner, Test only is a great first cycle
