Okay, before I get started I just want to say this post may seem wierd because:
A)4:20 has just passed and I am still above slightly buzzed.
B)I am beyond a very polite and "try not to offend" other people person.
And just to explain, this isn't a drunken post that I won't care about when I sober up, it's my first day off work in a long time and I finally have time to myself to enjoy the socialization and information of the internet.
Now I will try to be as informative as possible.
I would first like to note that I am 21 years of age. I am around 15%-18% bf, possibly lower, I am judging my ability, size, and look based on 3 years ago, it isn't much different, and it was 17% back then.
I am 6'1-6'2, I swear it has never actually always been either one or the two.
I used to weigh 210 at the age of 18. I was a workout freak; when I wasn't going to school from 8:00am-2:30pm, walking to and from, I was at work managing a pizza place from 4:00pm-12:00am, and after that I had the delivery driver drive me to the gym by 1:00am on the way to his home of coarse, it just worked out well. And anywhere from 3:00am-4:00am I would start walking home which took an hour, and I was a fast walker. A year later I realised it was too much, 2-3 hours of sleep 5 days a week wasn't good enough, my youth wore out sooner than my ego was willing to accept. I had lost 60 pounds of fat and gained 20 pounds of muscle, and I was frustrated. The lack of sleep wasn't enough for my muscles to heal nor grow. Sometimes I felt lucky in a way that it felt like God gave me an extra couple of hours a day to fit the whole schedule together, thinking, how the fuck did I just do all of that?
I had to quit something in my long schedule. So I quit school. At 94 out of 100 credits, I quit. But I had a family in poverty to help so it was okay. I still didn't have enough time to work without being tired. So I quit going to the gym, and eventually I let the equipment I had in the basement get cold and collect dust.
Now the biggest reason I was frustrated was because I was taking Deca-Durabolin for a two month period, and had no cash for clomid or anything for post cycle recovery. I was juicing up, and due to the lack of sleep, the only thing the juice did was catch me up to what I should have been able to gain naturally. With walking to school, working, and working out everyday and walking home from that, all I pretty much did was rule the world of losing weight. And all the guys at work who hit the gym, they were getting gains I could only dream about, have time to work, hit the club, and get a good 10 hour sleep in the same day.
Now, I have caught up. I have time to work out three years later. Yes I have made previous attempts, and signing up for this site so long ago was one of them. But now.. All I have in the way is five hours of work a day and that is what some dweebs would call a "sinch".
I'm sitting at 6'1 - 6'2, 185 pounds, and like I said, the bf% is above..
No I cannot tell you what I am lifting, I am still finding my comfort zone, and when I do I will bump it up a couple notches so I break a sweat. I know the height and weight and bf% seem like I ain't at all ready for this, but I have always kept myself informed and educated, and if I had the slightest doubt it was time to wait and see, I would listen.
Within the next two weeks to a month, I want to start another Deca-Durabolin cycle. But this time I want to make sure I do it fully correct. No bullshit this time. Nothing will get in my way. I am not here to ask for routine nor am I here to ask for diet advice, I have that, I am good at setting that up.
What I need is some reassurance in plain ol' english for what kind of dosage I should be taking, what I should take with it for best results, and any post cycle usage. I have read my information on the net, but what I want is advice based from an experienced ""juicer"".
My diet will be around the 2400-2800 calorie mark. The split will be around 40-50% protein, 30% carbohydrates if protein is at 50%, 40% carbohydrates if protein is at 40%, and 20% fat. Against popular belief, I believe 20% fat is good compared to 10%. In my humblest opinion, you cannot burn fat without reminding your body what it is.
Any opinions or advice, hopefully advice.
