A friend of mine has been off cycle for about a month and has developed deca dick.....anything he can do about?

How old is he? How long was he on deca? If he's an older bro then I'd suggest getting on test with some dex, works wonders for me. If he's younger and wasn't on that long he should come back on his own.

He did clomid post cycle ...... i told him it would come back eventually he was just wondering if there was anything he could do........btw he is 22 yrs........
I would continue with the clomid and maybe even use hcg (I have yet to do that though). The last time I used deca it dulled my sex drive for months afterwards. What did his cycle look like and did he start the post cycle drugs at the appropriate times?

Continue with the Clomid post-cycle and the deca-dick should subside. Deca is known to shut the body's own test production quite severely and it will take some time for the body to recouperate.
Another short-term option would be the use of Viagra or Cialis.
However, the only real solution is time.

Is Clomid really going to do anything for him? I doubt it. He needs to just deal with it and know that that's part of the game. I've had to deal with a non existent libido a few times because of AS. He just has to hang in there, it'll come back, especially since he's so young. I'm assuming he wasn't on for like 6 months straight though.
blank212, no offense but I agree with DieselDan in that in the "iron brotherhood," these types of things are okay to discuss without being considered "gay." I mean the reality is that these are the issuse that we deal with, and I'm all for being real, anything else is just a waste if time.
