deca - d-bol stack

tHIS WILL BE MY FIRST REAL CYCLE i TOOK 14 AMPS OF SUST ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND GAINED ABOUT 25 POUNDS BUT AFTER WARDS i GOT BAD ACNE ON MY BACK ALSO I lost alot of my gaines but the sust is all I took no clomid or nothing.

NOW I HAVE ONE BOTTLE OF DECA 300 AND 75 D-BOL TABS AND ALSO ARIMDEX HOW SHOULD I TAKE THIS AND WHEN TO TAKE THE ARMIDEX. i AREADY TOOK ONE SHOT OF THE DECA 1CC AND THE LAST TWO DAYS 10MG OF D-BOL A DAY
 
You need more d-bal bro, atleast double that. The arimidex should be taken alonf w/the d-bol and drop it about a week after u stop the d's

you don't believe in planning ahead do you? I really hate it when people get fucked over like that. That's what I'm assuming happened to you? Someone just told you to take it and that's was it right? Either way bro you should have planned this ahead. Always know what your diet is going to be like, what dosage you plan on sticking with, ect...
 
Come on! if your doing it! do it right!

don't start a cycle with that, you need more gear. Your gonna want some test with that deca and I would advize you to do 400mg/wk of test if your gonna do 300mg/wk deca. That would surfice for you anyways. that dbol if you wanna keep the dosage low the lowest I would go would be 25mg/ed. so here it is
go 8-10 weeks of 400mg/wk test, and 300mg/wk deca and do the first 4 weeks with dbol at 25mg/ed. Figure it out and do it right man! no point in wasting your money. cause with what you are going to do I would say it would just be a waste of money. thats just my 2cc's.

smallest dose of db's should be 25. But I see people take as much as 35mg 3 times a day. That's insane though.

How long are you running this cycle?? About the sust...what were you hitting it at every week? What was your dose pr weeK??

That's just if it's posted on the board. Real life experience shows gains with as little as 15mg daily in males. I have never gone over 30mg and I friend who has since retired never went over 25mg - he could also put 500+ overhead. I've run dbol only cycles at 15-20mg ED and made significant keepable gains.

If stacked and you wait for the deca to kick in (week 3) you can run it at 15mg daily and see noticable results from it.

Still it sounds rather poorly planned.
 
Madcow, no offense at all but....what does your friends dbol taking and lifting 500lbs have to do with each other? you dont say a blunt statement like that, cause it means nothing to me :) is he 300lbs and was lighting for 15 years before he started taking 15mg/ed or is he 200lbs and never went above 25mg/ed of dbol and did he take other steriods? maybe he only took 5mg/ed of dbol but took a gram of test a wk and other stuff. So don't compare and give advice to people on a general statement of your "friend" did this or that please:D seriosly no offense just clearing up some mis conceptions people give out for advice.

That's just if it's posted on the board?? hmmm..ok. Me Personally, i was doing 35mg ed, and to be honest with you, the pink wonder didn't do shit for me. LET ME STATE THIS NOW BEFORE SOMEONE OPENS THEIR MOUTH!! THEY WERE REAL. I had 1k, split it with friends, and they're making good fucking gains. I was dieting right, training right, doing everything that I was supposed to be doing. I'm just on of those rare cases. All I got from them was lower back pain, and legs getting pumped just from walking. It pissed me off quite much. I've only heard of a few people making really good gains with 15mg. Yeah it's possible, but I rather start high and then cut it down. Either way works i suppose.

You're telling him to take all 15mg before workout? One daily dose? I tried that too. I did get energy, but man, I wasn't even retaining that much water AT ALL. I'm a freak :(
 
Concerning my friend - it doesn't matter how big you are or what you are on. If you can jerk above 500 - you are the fucking man. That's like DLing over 800, at that point BW and dosage cease to be an issue. He never went much over 1 gram total and his dbol dosage never above 25mg but made progress at that dosage when taking alone. (I'm not giving much detail on him but it was to illustrate that even an advanced lifter does not need high dosages of this drug).

Now if you aren't gaining on 35mg, there is something wrong. As 7 of the pills that I used to take would definitely cause almost any newbie to gain well. I also did not say 'really good gains' with 15mg. Shit - some people are putting on 35lbs. in a cycle on this board. I'd say 10 lbs. (net after water loss) over 4 weeks would be realistic with 15-20mg ED. Run 2 4 week cycles and you may gain 20 lbs. - doesn't sound bad to me but it's not 'really good gains' for some people here.

<note all of this is for recreational BBers or athletes - obviously pro or advanced bodybuilders who are far above genetic potential and must use for most of the year will need higher dosages>

This is real simple - a 500+ jerk is world class and pretty standard is the super heavies at the olympics. You should digest that as - significant training and high bodyweight with significant administration of drugs. Nothing else will produce a 500lbs. + overhead lift.

Apparently not everybody knows how much people can generally put overhead so this is where the reference was lost. My error.:)

IMO - Clean and jerking 500lbs is the top of the food chain in strength sports.

Works great for me. Everybody's different, weird.

It happens, everybody loves test but I gain better off 200mg of deca than 500mg of test. I do like it in a stack but if used alone it doesn't do much except give me bloat and sides.

Looks like the best advice on here--especially considering this is this guy's 2nd cycle.

Also looks like my planned 2nd cycle so I'm biased. :)
