I'm 5'7 at 185 lbs with about 11% BF. I've been weight lifting since 16 years old and have been training HARD for the last 1.5 years. I have a meal plan for the week and i measure my food for what my body NEEDS. I have never taken steroids. I'm going to be 20 years old in about 4 days. I just set the USAPL National Teen III deadlift record of 529.1 lbs. I do not have the physique of a powerlifer AT ALL. And thats not what im going for either, I just happen to be a naturally strong BB and wanted to break a record.
