Deca has a long-acting ester with a half life of about 15 days. The steroid will stay active in the body (at ever-diminishing levels) for a few weeks. Dectible metabolites will remain for many months (i.e. you would fail a steroid drug test). Enant is a moderately long-acting ester with a half-life of about 10 days. So if you went on cycle for 3-4 weeks, you were probably close to max levels of AAS in your blood. If you then stopped for 2 weeks, you would be at the half-life of deca and past the half-life of enant. So the deca might be at around 50% and the enant at around 40%. If off for 3 weeks, levels would be lower. So you might need to wait about 2 more weeks for the deca to kick in again (the sust will come on quickly because it is a mix of short and long esters)
