Deca and Sus mix Question

yo what's up guys. i just started getting into steroid usage and needed to know some information if any of you's can help. I was going to go with a Deca and Sus mix. How many have ever mixed the two and what kind of outcome does it give? If it's a good mix, which should i draw first? I was going to do a 250mg of each to stack a total of 500mg. If anyone thinks this isn't a good mixture please tell me anything else i can add or if i should just go with a completely different mix before i buy. Thanks guys for reading this...

Is this your first cycle? how old are you? what are your stats? tell us about you so we can help you?

i'm 21. im about 5'7" around 145/150 lbs. People i know told me to try this mix but i thought it would be better to get other people's idea first. Im looking for a weight and muscle build up/cut look. This is going to be my first cycle. My lifting schedule is every Mon, Tues, Thurs and Friday with wednesdays and weekends off. Never used steroids before so i'm a little unsure about the right mix's that people are doing.

im not trying to be a dick at all because needto and all the guys here have given me an unbeleivable amount of help....but bro although your not going to listen to me....u r too young, go the natural route first - diet train and repeat...you can go so far on that alone at your age....give it a few years at least.....and if you cant make gains at 150 then ur training/diet is plain shit

bro there is so much info here....go platinum and read read read then in a few you may be ready

^^I totally agree. I am only 21 right now and sadly on my 3rd cycle. This was the cycle I really took seriously and started researching (mostly from this forum which like they said has an unbelievable amount of info). From everything I've read to help me make the most of this cycle I realized that I didn't need to be cycling right now anyway. If I just use the knowledge I now have I can get the gains I want without cycling. Needless to say, now that I know, I will not be doing another cycle anytime in the near future.

Just so you don't only hear it from older guys, take it from me too, and wait. Just read up everything you can on here about diet and exercise routines and you will get where you want.
