Deca and joints

Since deca is known for supposedly being good for the joints I was wondering if anyone has any experience with having some pain in the joints that was cured by using Deca? And when you stopped using it did the pain come back? Thanks.

I would say no it does not cure the problem. It just alleviates the pain well on it.

I was on a cycle of eq and winny and at about week 5 my joints started hurting like a MF. My trainer told me to add a low dose of deca, so i started just 200 mg a week, 100 on mon and 100 on thurs. And it did the trick.

i think any steriod you take that gives you water retention will help your joints....even on a low dose of test my joints feel great

Totally agree with everyone so far.... it's only a temporary fix... if you normally have joint problems (A A S aside), don't rely on de-ca to "fix it"... however, if you're running a cycle with compounds known to cause joint problems (e.g. winny), then a low dosage (200mg/wk) of de-ca is a great addition

dec-a is to joints what astroglide is to my wanker...my joints - esp my shoulders - never felt better than when i was on dec-a. been off for about two months now...the pain started coming back about a month ago. so the solution is temporary.
