Deca and its "suspression" effects

I ahve read a lot of posts about the negatives of Deca and I don't get it? What are the negatives of using it? What do people mean when they say that it will suspress you after the cycle? Any and all info on these negatives would be appreciated. I personally love the stuff. As I am dropping weight and my tendons and joints thin out I do not feel that they are weakening in part to the deca. I know there are a lot of people who don't like so please fill me in.

I'd love to get an answer to the 'Suppression' question as well.

There are people running around using the term 'Shut Down Hard' but never back it up. I am not sure how Deca (an AAS) can affect your recovery more than any other AAS once it has cleared the system.

All AAS 'Shuts You Down' Period. Deca has a long half life, but after it is gone - how can it continue to affect your recovery?

I am wondering the exact same thing, that's why I posted the deca poll the other day. check it out theirs alot of good responses.
(does anyone like deca?)

C-rock that is what spawned my question....people keep mentioning this supression effect or come down hard....I'm looking for more details as to why they feel this way. I've never heard anyone in the gym talk down about deca and there are a lot of people here who do and I like to learn as much as possible to make the educated decisions.

It may have something to do that the drug is derived from a progesterone, a nasty ESTROGEN. Now some guys don't react well to this drug for that very reason, myself included. This is also why ani-estrogens have a very limited effect on this drug. Nondrolone is also used in chemical castration, which explains the total lack of sexual function/desire most men experience while on it and for a long time after.

Stick to testosterone and DHT derived drugs, like Winny, primo, ect...

Never had a problem with Deca.

That said, I trade it in for some primo anyday... just based on what I know about the two. Problem is... there are more fakes than real when it comes to primo... and it is not FDA approved (which means no US Pharm, which means potentially unsafe)...
