I'm gonna side with most of the guys here and say your friend is full of POOP. At that dosage, 99% of humans woulkd probably be experiencing some pretty serious sides as well. Anyway, don't listen to your boy. You don't need 70mgs of SD or PP to see results. Study up, do it right, and you be able to maintain your health and have some nice gains. Peace.

I agree, there is no need to over do these products... they have been proven to give some nice results with a decent cycle. i did a 3weeker with 20/30/40 while I was cutting and still got some pretty nice strenght gains and was able to maintain my weight. That was eating only 2100cals a day, imagine if you doubled those.
 
Yes 70 mg a day is way too much. Never go over 40. If fact the real goal is to get gains on the lowest mg possible.
 
Yeah lol I knew he was full of shit. He's one of those guys who doesnt realize he isnt invincible and thinks he is smarter than everyone even when he has no idea what he's talking about.


I'm just gonna run sd for 3 weeks at 20 mg the first week, and depending on how that treats me I may up the dosage to 30 mg for the next two.
