You can have two guy's both using 1000 mg of Test per week and one looks great and the other looks like shit. Now you can say that one trains like shit, eats like shit and that is why he looks like shit.
But who is to say the guy who looks great is not using some Armidex or Cytadren to prevent estrogen build up or a few iu's of Growth Hormone now and again????? and that this has more to do with him looking good than his diet and training alone.
I have watched some top male pro's train and 90% of the time their intensity is far from being high, and do you have any idea what some of these guy's diets are in the off season????
Try 2 KFC Bargain buckets for one meal etc, etc, etc.
So how can some of them still remain 12 - 14% bodyfat in the offseason?????

All I'm saying is that I have seen true Naturals bust there ass's in the gym, eat all the right foods and take all the supplements they can get their hands on. Where did it get them? well most of them got smaller, lost muscle instead of gaining it and pissed a lot of good money down the drain on supplements that don't work.
There is a little thing called over training which prevents a Natural bodybuilder training anywhere near like how a druged taking bodybuilder can train no matter how much they eat.
Even steroids loose there anticatabolic effectiveness over time, but that is a whole different story.
Point is, for you to tell someone who maybe natural or taking very small doses of gear in comparison to a competitve bodybuilder that they can train like and eat like that bodybuilder and hay presto chango they will get just as good results is wrong.
Shit Growth Hormone was shown to increase muscle mass without weight training or diet!!!!!
Why do you think so many articles in which top bodybuilders are asked, well does GH really work? they say nah did f**k all for me.
They don't want you to know the truth.
Because GH is the real deal, expensive as hell, and very, very, very hard to get the real thing (one reason why I suspect some people have used it and said it did nothing for them). However GH is the only thing that can rip you to shreds and actually increase the number of muscle cells you have. Not even steroids can do that.
It is the real secret among competitive bodybuilders.
