Had a good workout today for deads. I did a 12 rep warm-up set with 145 then went to 285...I did 9/6/6 last time with this weight about 2 weeks ago. Tonight I went 10, 9 then decided to bump up to 325 for shits and giggles. Got 3 solid reps then did 4 singles with about 30sec rest. I can't remember what my best is but this is definitely the best I've done in the last year. I only started doing deads again about 5-6 weeks ago. I'm currently about 175 9%BF and been on a low-carb cutting diet for 6 weeks (lost 20lbs) so I know my strength isn't what it could be if i was all carbed up.
