Just wanted to say that anyone not doing standard deadlifts should include them asap. No other excercise gives me the same feeling in the traps and middle of the back that has resulted in increased thickness. If you suffer from a wide back that is not thick (i.e. the kind you get from just going chins or pulldowns), this is the answer
