Warmed up, then pulled 365, very easy. My last max was 385, so I went right up to...
405! 1 attempt, no problem. missed it 6 weeks ago, I've been workin rack pulls at 405/500/550 from knees. They really paid off!!
Now I need to start goodmornings, & put SLDLs back in. I'll get 425 by the end of the year. No wait, make that by the end of November!
405 squat is coming up next! I WILL conquer it!
