Deadlift PR day!

Well its been a while since i
've deadlifted heavy raw, and im coming down with a c old, so ifigured why not do it today?

Started the workout with some light stretching, since i was sore.. jumped in with some young guys and pulled 155 x 3, then jumped to 255 x 3. After that i went on my own bar, and put a belt on

315 x 3
355 x 3 ( thats my best conventional triple, and my best sumo raw was 385 ( never tried heavier ))

really dunno where that came from, but im happy with it :)
bwt was around 155ish w/ shoes
 
lol, I barely hit that when I was 23 (this year), you got a lot of potential keep training smartly and listen to your body, you'll get it soon
 
def. im not competing til feb, so i have a lot of time to train. my trainings been hell lately sinc ei've been doing a meet ever 10-12 weeks.. so , its nice to take a break.

i also moved up a weight class, so that always helps with strength :)

im at my strongest now with a 425 no chalk belt only conv deadlift at 261 lbs. and im 22.

i feel like i must gain a lot of strength very quickly after reading this thread.

congrats 148.......... thats a hellauva lot of weight.
