Great job Beastboy! MnF guy is right behind you! Alternate with rack pulls, get some cheap converse shoes and that shit is yours real soon! Congrats!

Depends on how low below the knees. Does the power rack have pin settings all the way down? You my also want to incorporate some box squats for hip strength. These helped tremendously with my deadlift. Regular squats are great too.
