Well, when I stopped a while back I was working up to 405 (not power lifting material) but then I was always a body builder. Tonight I worked up to 275, then over to Hacks at 405, leg extensions with 200lbs and hamstring curls at 200 or so...not that impressive for 2nd workout with dl's again, but hey, gotta start somewhere...my legs are still shaking!
I used to not mix the two, but I get a better pump this way!
I figure by first of year I will be back to attempting 405...
