Exodus stopped by the gym tonight. He was there to encourage us and to help us with the things that we are doing wrong. He also got to be the camera guy. So, if the videos are bad, it's his fault.
Speed Bench: 120x10x3
Set 5 - Medium Grip
Set 10 - Close Grip
Speed Clean and Press: 85x4x1
3 of the 4 sets
Close grip bench: 145x2x3
Behind the neck Tate presses: 20'sx3x10
Set 3
Front plate raises: 35lb platex3x10
After this Exodus did some Power Snatches. Let me tell you, everybody in the gym was watching him do this. It was funny.

Exodus and I then tried to figure out a way for me to get a wider stance in the power rack. I just don't think it's going to happen. I'm not sure what to do really. Apparently everybody in the gym was watching us try to figure it out at the power rack too. puttinbuttin said that it was funny.
And finally, finished up the night with some barbell holds for grip work. I did 325x2 and 225x2.
Good night. It was fun having Exodus there. I wish he could be there all the time to tell me what I am doing wrong. It really helps.
