DE Squat day

did my DE squat day today after sore as hell from events yesterday(stones prolly)

box squats------------------10sets-------------2reps@165lbs
leg curls-----------------------3sets----------------10@90lbs
pull down abs w/bands-----5 sets-------------------20
one arm db rows---------------3sets----------------10@50lbs(only db had)
Hooked sled (105lb)to belt and pulled bout 200yrds on gravel road (passing neighbors thought i was nuts) for lil cardio and hams and then pulled sled few times down drive

i was real sore from yesterday, think it was bc of the stones....man i love this stuff
 
Uhhh...on Sunday you did events and GM's...and still did DE lower on Monday??????

Half the fun of sleds, farmers, tire-flips, etc. Is the crazy looks people give you when you do them. We are getting a keg for training that has a different valve in it to fill easier. Our first thought to keep it around was to chain it to the bike rack at my brothers apartment, but then we thought maybe not.

yes bc, my shoulders were more taxed than my lower body was just from that viking so i had to do lower body. just a few more spots hurt than normal due to those stones.lol
 
I"m thinking that taking a few days off would be MUCH better...
