you end up getting a squat suit yet, or are you still in just your metal briefs?
i got the inzer hybrid+. i know your a metal guy, but this inzer squat suit is some serious business. with my metal briefs, and the inzer suit, it is almost impossible to sit back in the squat positionwith out any weight on your back. as a matter of fact, i couldn't get down the first time i had 405 on my back with the suit on. i literally had to pull myself down to break parallel. the suit has incrediable stopping power in the hole. once i put the suit on, and used it for the first time, i found out the true value of the box squat, sitting back far on the box, and exploding out of the hole. i would highly reccommend this suit.
also, the suit can be used for pulling sumo style.

no doubt the inzer hybrid is a very good suit..you made a good choice buying your equipment..i read something by childress that stated the same thing his suit stops him as though he was "sitting" on a box..so obviously box squats has a huge impact on his squat and he doesnt have to change his style when putting gear on..that is the way it should be..

i can kick myself in the ass..i let a brand new metal viking slip through my hands because i thought it might be "too much" suit..

anyway im prolly buying the pro squatter very soon if not i may get a custom canvas from ginny
good luck with the suit bro

I saw that today on elite and cracked up.

I am still sore from the surgery so it's going to be at least another week before I get my suit on. I have a metal pro and a frantz waiting in my bag ready for me to try. I just ordered the predator briefs so I'm going to give them a shot.

You know beast, I like metal, but I think I am a messed up size or something because nothing fits right. I am going to stick to custom here on out.

I have also heard nothing but good things about the boss from titan. My training partner loves it and just hit 720 in it the 1st time he used it and is 198.

Tell me how you like the squatter. Also, you should probably buy a metal singlet for benching. Elite has them for 20bucks right now.

ill let you know how it goes
ive heard very good things about the Boss..supposedly very similar to the pro squatter..only thing is Titan's T/A is horrible

i saw that over..i need a new belt too..getting too fat cant wait for my sled to be finished lol

Elitefts is now selling belts, don't know the difference between the one for $89.95 and $65.00. The lower price one ranges between 10-12 mm and the more expensive one is 13 mm. Don't know if that means it will take 3 years to break in instead of 5.

Some of those belts bite the shit out of you, any input or expertise would be appreciated. I've had my belt for about 13 years and I think it's seen better days.

my avi is belt girl lol
little hard to make out since im not plat

i have a 10mm inzer now figured id get the 13mm and just use it for comps after breaking it in..i would imagine the lower priced belt is 10mm an there arent too many that are 12mm since 1 more mm is gonna cost 25 bucks more

Yes - if anyone has advice on belts, I am open to hearing about it. I must have a really tiny torso between my ribs and hip bones - every thick 13mm belt just digs into my ribs and hip bones. Its like I can't pull it down. I've never tried a 10mm thickness, but something with a bit more 'give' might take away some of the pressure on my ribs/hip bones. I thought about a contour belt, but don't know about the support issues...I have a new cardillo lever lock and a belt thats from 1997 and flaps around like rubber.

I really need a different belt.

ummmmmmm i could say something but i dont want chamb mad at me lol
i would imagine larger girls dont have that problem but a 10mm belt will be softer and conform to the body easier :)

I got the inzer forever buckle 13mm belt. it has been a pain to break in. you really need to spend some time working the belt. they (inzer) has that new PR Power Belt that they just came out with. the belt has a tie-down ratchet set up on the belt for tightening the belt, instead of using a buckle. if i were to be getting a new belt, i would check this belt out. with the ratchet tie down, you can tighten the belt to the -perfect fit, instead of having to use the holes that are already in the belt. this way, ify ou are inbetween a hole, you dont have to either make the belt too tight, or have it too loose. here's a link to the new belt.
