Box squat ----------- 10 sets 2 w/ 185lbs w/chains
band leg curl------- 3 set 10 ea leg
snatch gr. high pulls-------- 10 singles w/135
zercher------ 2 set 10 w/ 135lbs
preacher curl---3 set 10 w/ 70lb + bar
pull down abs ------ 7 set 10 w/mini band doubled
band choppers(obliques) 3 set 10 w/ mini

first time i done curls in months, so i didnt go heavy. just felt like somethin different so i threw em in.

i'm really lovin the snatch high pulls and the zerchers. seem to be goin good
 
cool man...youve been using that weight for a while on box squats. do you wave your weights? or do you keep the same weight until you get a new max?

what are band choppers?


and how much has your squat gone up since you added the precher curls lolol

actually i just upped it to that weight not real long ago. i usually dont wave it more than 15lbs in a cycle untill i find a new max. i needed to raise it since now that i have a new max 185 is under 50% but i just started using the chains so im waitin a lil bit.

and the choppers i got from one of the westside vids. hang the band from top of the rack. grab it and pull down toward the ground in front of you like your swingin an ax splittin wood or something(not that you've ever done something like that.lol)
 
sure man i've done my share of wood splitting believe it or not...at my uncles house upstate lol

i know what you mean with the choppers though...i actually do them every once in a while ...didn't have a name for em

nice bro keep up the work and start using the weight you should be using, ie start adding some lbs to your lifts
 
The 185 is probably fine man... Remember...I am using 225-315 on my DE squats. They should be FAST not heavy.

thanks man...i've been tryin to work on my form and really make sure im keeping my back tight and shootin back up fast
