Had a lot of fun in the gym today. You'll see in the pictures and videos.

Box Squats: 105x8x2 + light bands choked down
Sets 1, 2, 7, 8
I'm still falling at the bottom. I tried to work on it though. The last two sets are better than the first two.

Speed Deads: 205x6x3 (3 sets sumo, 3 sets conventional)
Sets 1, 2, 5, 6
I was a little slow on the first few sets. The last set is better.

Here's what my shins looked like afterwards:

Hypers: BW+65lb BBx3x8
Barbell Shrugs: 185x3x15

That's all we had time for. Gym was closing down.

That's a protein shake with milk, ice cream, peanut butter, and creatine. The sandwich has three pieces of bread, two pieces of cheese, and 1lb of honey ham. Yeah, baby!

I told you we had a lot of fun.

At least TWO. And I'll give you at least TWO weeks notice before we come so you'll have time to stock up the fridge. :lmao:
 
First of all...nice workout. Way to work!!!!

Box Squats: You might be failing off the box for a few reasons.
1) The first thing that moves when you come off the box is your knees...they move fwd. This weakens you. I don't have the answer...I do the same thing a lot...lol. Think about moving your knees OUT on the way up...that might help...might.

2) You have the bands set TOO far fwd. They should be mid foot OR directly under your heel. The bands are pulling you fwd.

Sumo Pulls:
1) Don't face the mirror...ever.
Good job on moving the hips only...looks better than mine for sure. Remember to shoot those hips/crotch through quickly...

Conventional Pulls: look good man. The last set looked REALLY good. Remember that not every lever in the body moves at the same time and speed as everyone elses...

Love the sandwich... Isn't it amazing how you can eat so much more yet you are losing bf? :)
