Hmmm...maybe I figured out something tonight...my knees seemed to move less when I squatted. Shifted my toes outward a bit and tried to spread them instead of...well...whatever else I was doing...lol.

225 + mid bands x 10 sets of 2 reps, 45 sec rest between sets

225 + mid bands + 200 pounds of weight releasers x 1 x 4 sets
These are rough and I need to learn to still be able to sit down under control... The weight feels like 575 at the top and on the way down, then about 275 at the bottom as the weight releasers fall off, then 375 back at the top again...crazy.

GHR's
BW x 8 x 2 sets
BW and light bands for help x 8 x 1 set

Reverse Hypers

St Calf Raises
BW on a block x 10 x 4 sets

Pull Down Abs to sides
Mid band x 10 x 2 sets
Heavy band x 10 x 1 set

Light Timed pinch grip work

nice workout man...looked real good. i like the idea of the bands and weight releasers...i like the band assist ghr's also. ill have to try those sometime. looks like your gettin back in your groove

your motivating the shit out of me!!! i attempted 675 on reverse band deads and missed them. thanks to you, i found a way to do the GHR's. that 650 looked so fuckin easy.....700 is aronud the corner!! tb
 
your box squat is real fast Clint, nice job on the pull, the 600 looke nice and smooth with some speed but the 650 looked like a better lockout

Bfold with this weight releasers, I'm guessing you can only do singles? :)

wonder if there is way you could sdo something similar but for multiple reps.

Yeah...just singles. Trust me...you don't want to do more than that. It is a strange feeling doing that much weight...and how it makes you feel when you come off of the box. I felt 'pinned' for a second...then it flew up. Have to LEARN to shoot up even with a heavy weight...
