Started my new job today (building cabinets). I hate it, cause there is no break area to actually sit down at and enjoy my lunch. I cant wait to get called back to my other job.
Box squats-135x3x5, 225x3x3
Front squats-225x3x1
Stiff Deads-225x3x5
Side bends w/225-3x5
Decline situps-45x3x10
Laying leg raises-3x10
Starting to eat cleaner too. Trying to achieve a better body weight to strength ratio. Lots of water, and Vitamin C, and a bananna a day. (no thats not all, but just some of the good food ive been eating)
