workout - 315x3x9 - hands outside rings, inside rings, 8"apart
Heel Leg Press
270x20, 470x20, 520x20, 540x20
supersetted with crunches for sets of 10
Icarian Rear Delt Rows
70x10, 100x10, 120x10, 130x10, 140x8
(went for a quality contraction at the end of rep - lower weights
than usual)
Barbell Curls
45x10, 65x8, 75x8, 85x8, 100x8, 100x8
Seated Calfs
45x10, 70x10, 115x75 (4 sets, 10 sec rest pause), 105x75 (3
sets)
