Yo bors/bros w/e you call yourselves these days! It's been a very long time for me but I'm jumping back in and going to order this week most likely.
I'm looking at a clean bulk this go round. I'll start around 250 calls over maintenance and add 50 cals for each 5 lbs I gain. I'll be doing complexes, HIIT, LISS, etc for cardio. My Lifting will be my own MWF routine. Sort of DC training, sort of not. Works for me very well.
I'm currently at 5'10 235lbs and about 13%bf with basically my stomach being the only place that isn't cut looking.
I've been going back and forth on what to run and have come out with this:
TBol: 50mg/day 1-4
Test E: 700mg/wk 1-12
Deca: 300mg/wk 1-10
TBol: 50mg/day 11-14
PCT Starts Day 1 of week 15. I'm playing around with some different PCT ideas. I'm not someone you have to worry about on this front
I'm going to pick up some Adex in case that test/deca starts any trouble.
