i read through the thread, but considering there was like 1200 posts i guess i didnt get through it all. But i have read through the cycling for pennies and all of the other posts DC has put in the anabolicextreme.com website, i guess what im having questions on is the different excercises for each body part. For example, finding 3 different excercises for quads, or hams. Which bodypart do i use conventional squats for?

I think I posted a response to this question on your earlier thread/post.

If you wanted to hit your quads more, you could do a front squat, or... on back squat, move your legs into a closer stance... however, your glutes and hams will get worked, IMO -- the squat hits the entire lower body... regardless of how you arrange your stance... it just hits MORE on one part of the leg based on the stance.

You could also impliment zercher squats to REALLY hammer your hams and glutes... NOTHING works better on them for me... compliment it with stiff legged deadlifts and you have the most powerful 1-2 punch (some might argue good mornings -- but I stand firm on my believes) :)

Quads:: leg press, squats, hacks, smythe machine squats, standing machine squat

Hams:: hamstring presses on the leg press (feet high and wide and pressing with heels only, stiff leg deads, seated leg curls, standing leg curls, lying leg curls, good mornings
