I've been doing the DC training method for 2 weeks now, and I have never felt better about lifting!! Everyone day is like a contest to me to beat the weight of the previous week, not to mention i leave the gym with much more esteem and satisfaction (even though the intensity has fucked with my nervous system, making me jittery at times.)
Progress:
Chest: Smith Incline Presses- up 10lbs from week 1
Shoulders: Hammer Front Military Press - up 5lbs from week 1
Tri's: Reverse close grip benches on smith: up 5lbs,
Pulldowns: 10x3x2 on my workset, a marked rep improvement over previous week, using same weight
T-Bar Rows: up 5lbs
Cant wait to attack the Squats on Wednesday!!!
