Dbols for Cutting ???

Ok. I know dbol is probably not the traditional drug for fat loss. I already made a couple of cycles before with test, deca, eq and dbol.

Thing is right now I am completely broke, and situation will stay that way for long. Summer is coming and I gotta loose some 10 pounds of fat and gain 3 pounds of muscle. Not too ambitious am I?

I've got enough dbols, clen, letrozole & clomid in my arsenal from previous cycles left.

I was thinking of taking 15 or 20mg of Dbols a day, combine it with clen altered with eca, and letrozole to inhibit estogen fats along with cardio 20min x 3 times a week with moderate cals so I could loose those pounds but leave enough cals for gaining like 3 pounds of lbm.

Is that ok ?
 
Of course you can cut with it....It will help preseve your muscle while on a low caloric diet....and with everything else you will be running it with you should not have a problem with water retention
 
that should work real well. how often are you gonna dose the d-bol? you could do the AM only thing, and with the letrozole in there you may even keep your own nuts up an running.

Hey Hugh, I am not sure about the dosing man. I am quite confused. I was thinking about 20mg a day, divided into 4 doses (8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm) Because I am also trying to add about 3 pounds of muscle and not just loose fat. I am also quite confused about how many calories I should eat so I will still be able to loose fat and gain a few pounds of muscles. And wheater to leave the clen for the end with the clomid in order to preserve muscle or use it from the start.
 
Also, If you wanna cut about 11 pounds of fat and gain a little muscle how many calories should I consume? I am a 170 pounder ? I mean physically it seems to be impossible to gain muscle if you are eating less than your burning daily. I am burning about 2500 cals daily at my weight without adding cardio or weight training. So that could be about 3000 cals a day just to maintain my weight. If you go below, I loose fats, but how the hell can I gain muscles? Some doc told me it's simply impossible by defenition.

OK this is how i diet. It may seem really simple but it works big time.

First i threw out the book and status quoe.

Then i designed a diet where i ate only 3 times per day. The meals were small enough to not stuff me but enough to satisfy.
Then i ate them ONLY when hungry. I ate mostly carbs with protein and moderate fat. The result was about 1-2 lbs of fat loss per week.

Granted this method is not "sexy" or "scientific", it's instinctive and simple, AND it works.

I will never fall to the eating 6 meals per day crap again. All i got was fat, as i never had any trouble putting on weight.
