dbol question

I am starting a cycle off with dbol 25 mg ed. What is the best way to spread it out thru the day? I was thinking 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon before workout, and one at night. Or one at a time spreadout the whole day. What are the advantages either way?
 
The half-life of D-bol is every 3-6 hrs. I would suggest taking 5mg's every 3-4 hrs until you hit 25mg's. Also, there's no real benefit to double dosing 2 hrs prior to your workout as some people think.

Right now I started it with deca 3ml a week. I plan on using this for 8-10 weeks and the dianabol for 4-5 weeks. Any recomendations on what to finish with?? Should I use clomid? And do I need any anti-e's? This is my first cycle right now I am at 170lbs. and would like to gain as much as possible.

I usually like to start and finish my cycles with fast-acting esters. In your case I would consider finishing with Prop or Winstrol for weeks 5-10. Anit-e's would also be recommended. Deca shuts down your hpta pretty hard. Clomid/Nolva will help speed up your recovery. All you need is 36 50mg pills of clomid and Nolva.

Day 1 - 300mg's of Clomid/20mg's of Nolva
Day 2-11 - 100mg's of Clomid/20mg's of Nolva
Day 12-21 - 50mg's of Clomid/10mg's of Nolva
 
I really appreciate the help! Forums like this make it a lot safer to experiment. I have friends that throw anything and everything in their body because they do not educate themselves.
 
hey james, i started the same cycle (dbola dn deca) 2 weeks ago. what does your cycle look like? i was thinking about adding winstrol also but im not sure about how much?

Not really, I just time it better and I never forget my dose. Also I hear it helps with protein absorption.

AAS helps improve protein synthesis. I also take D-bol with meals every 3-4hrs.
