hey james, i started the same cycle (dbola dn deca) 2 weeks ago. what does your cycle look like? i was thinking about adding winstrol also but im not sure about how much?

25-50mg/ED

I thought that the higher the dose you take, the more that gets into the body proportionate to the dose. That is why I take 10mg 3 times a day instead of 5mg 6 times. Am I wrong?

Turkish- that is what I am wondering also. I wouldn't mind upping it from 25-30mg if it would be better to take 3x a day at 10 mg.

Also what are the benefits of finishing with prop or winstrol? Will I keep more of my gains this way?

James, I've been wondering about the Winstrol myself. I hope we can come up with something. I would hate to let it go to waste. I did post a thread about adding Winstrol to Dbol and was told it was a waste of time. Maybe after the cycle will be better.
