I really need some knowlege about some stuff i have been doing called Methandro (DinaBol) a said Juice. Somone else said it was NOT actually juice at all, but the guys who said it is are Builders.
I cant ask too much of them cause i dont want them knowing what i am doing really..
What i want to know is how long do i take them befor i go the gym?
How many at a time.. is it adviseable to do them more or less every day?
Allso, can you take them without going the gym? or have to?
I know most other stuff like drinking a few pints of water a day and loads of protien, chicken, fish etc..
I am allso tolled i dont need to work out for a long period with each session too. Is this true? I have been building for over two years without juice and i am quite strong and flexable. Since i got the juice, i can lift more and have been gaining a few pound each week..
allso how long would i expect to use them for befor moving onto better bubble Juice??
