Dbol Only !!!

Hey guys

Iam gonna start a dbol only cycle in a few weeks time.
My height is 5.9
My weight 95kg

Just want to know how much i should take a day. How do i know if its starting to work. And when will I start to see results.

it depends on if its your first cycle or not.I have done a year straight on only dbol at 15mg's and had real good results and kept most gains but everyone is different.if your new to the game the best advice i can give you is to start off with a low dose and see how your body reacts to it and gradually increase if needed.recomended dose is about 35mg's a day.Also you will most likely lose most of your gains after you stop taking it orals are the worst for trying to maintain your gains you crash hard off them.

Wow .......a year straight on D-bols. My liver is hurting me right now reading that.

I would never do a D-Bol only cycle again bro. Thats what i did my first cycle. I never did any research at all on aas. If a did i would of known better not to do it. Try to get a hold of some test e at 500mg a week, thats a great first cycle.
 
if your going to do it, do it sorta like this...Monitor your weight daily and gradually increase your dosage by 5 mgs(1 pill) about every 4-5 days or when your weight on the scale stops moving. Start at 15 mgs (3 pills) stop at 30-40 mgs. After about 28-35 days get off and stay off for at least 8 weeks, preferably 12-16 weeks.

I would add in Nolvadex 10 mgs day, throughout the cycle, then 20 mgs day for 21 days after your cycle.

You could make out on this cycle or retain nothing at all, at least it's cheap and relatively harmless in the short term.

its now 5.30am here.. honestly nomad it sounds like you havent done any research at all about aas, it sound like youv heard from a guy who know this big guy at a gym.. a dbol only cycle is not only a waste of time but also money and dbol! you will loose most if not all gains you make on dbol as most of it is water. i understand your prob not ready to inject your self so therefore your prob not ready for aas all together. do more research and hang around here a bit more bro and you will find out all the info you need to start your first cycle. whats your stats and training history bro?
 
i would suggest adding some test and deca in their. Dbol is going to give you alot of water weight not muscle. A dbol only cycle is a waist in my opinion. You will get stronger and get bigger but in the first few weeks 90% of your gains are going to be water, if you add in test and have a good anti e on hand you can control the bloat and add some nice muscle without looking puffy.
 
Yeah bro I say no way to a d-bol only cycle. I have been working out for years without anything when everyone in my neighborhood was taking d-bol only and not eating right, partying etc. Everyone of them except one who did it right ( was using test also ) got bloated and lost everything once they stopped, except their double chin lol. Do some more research. Im on my first cycle now of test prop and npp and about to start week four. Glad i waited and planned things out right. You will be to.

yea i wouldnt recomend doing it i lost some hair doing it but its the only option i had at the time i was overseas for a year.But other then a little hair loss the sides werent that bad and my strength was insane and kept mostly everything.
 
If you're not 100% sure you've finished growing don't take it, the estrogen can really stunt your growth. I can't speak for everyone but I had good experiences with dbol only. I did have a good diet and workout already though and I took nolvadex for pct. I had no liver trouble but I drink a hell of a lot of water which I think helped.
 
my first cycle was 40 mg /day dbol, because i lacked the funds for anything else, and because i really wanted to see what it was like to do this shit but not quite ready to start jabbin myself. I made good gains, felt great, and actually kept a lot of the strength, not so much weight tho since a lot was water. Id say most of my lifts went up 10 - 20 lbs (proportionally to muscle size, obviously bigger muscles gained more), and i only lost about 5 lbs per lift after i got off...
