dbol help

hi there i have a few questions about dbol 1st of all how many tabs should i take a day i have just bought 600 they are pink and a lot smaller than i imagined 2nd are you supposed to do any cardio while taking them or just weights 3rd how long shall i take them for and finally do you take them all at once or spread them out any advice would be good thanks for reading the thred

Generally 50mg a day. Spread it throughout the day. every 3-4 hours. 6 weeks. Mild cardio won't hurt.

Drink alot of water...... I mean alot!!!!

My answers were just general answers.... Stats & goals may change my answer....

Is this your 1st cycle? 30mg a day no more than 6 weeks, you can do cardio but dbol gives me nasty back pumps so sometimes hard to do cardio, dbol I belive has a 4 or 5 hour half-life so spread them out throughout the day.

Uhhhh. Dbol=bulk. Hmmmm. Cardio? --Not a good idea, you know, burning calories doing cardio. You really want to keep all the calories you can get. First cycle. Do 20mg first week. Bump it up to 30mg for the next week or longer. Take every 3 to 5 hrs. If you do 50mg or more, your face will look like a dam watermelon and you'll prob get a c-cup. Train extremely hard, eat like a horse and get some sleep.

50mg is WAY too much. ! !!
i would stay in the neighborhood of 20-30mg day. are you doing a dbol only cycle or stacking them with other gear.
dbol only i would take them all at same time in the morning.
stacking them i would spread them out during the day.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER ON DBOL. you may need some nolva or something to counter bloat and the puffy face you may get.
i would not take them for more than a month as they are liver toxic. make sure to take some milk thistle or some sort of liver detox while on them.
and NO, i would not do cardio, as the back pumps will probably cripple you, or your calves will feel like they are ready to explode.

Drinking more water will help you retain less water....sounds like a lie but its true bro.

Well if you dont want to have lower back pumps drink lots of water bro. Those back pumps come from kidney pains. So drink looooooots of water!!!

dbol only!!!! you need to inject something, atleast 1000 cc of 5 diff chemical.....Not. my bol only cycle usually run for 6 weeks- gained 16 and only lost 4lb. it's been over two months since off cycle began. the people who lose everything they gain off a bol-only must quit training hard and stopped eating or something.
I must be dreaming because i don't condone or do any aas at all, and all this is for entertainment only, pretend only.

I guess becuase people have been able to prove that dbol cycles are not a TOTAL waste... I personally do, but then again I didn't knwo about PCT the time I did a Dbol ony cycle.

It's personal choice, if he wants to experiment with dbol only let him. Mybe he can't get other AS? who knows.

anyways. I think 50mg daily is TOO much. I reccommend 25-30mg TOPS for 6 weeks.

I bet those 600 tabs are probably lucky charms the way thai's are faked so much these days. sorry I'm not trying to be a cocksucker its just friday and i'm zoning yeah what these guys said and maybe look at getting some gear that will stay in your body a little longer to help keep those gains. deca is of course the cliche' but works eq is good too

I agree completely! Make sure to spread it out evenly throughout the day to keep blood levels consistent. Water is definitely important! C17 Alks can do some damage!!!
 
I did a 6.5 week Dbol only - gained 16, kept about 11 - took no more than 25mg/day, all at once in the morning.

You better have your diet and workout regimen down pat or your won't gain shit.

And get ready for some big time blood pressure increases. And acne. And insomnia. And lethargy.

Would I do it again? You fucking better beleive it...

Mabey this guy should spend some time doing some research before he asks these questions. I'm surprised alot of you are so willing to throw out this info to someone who is an obvious newb.For all we know he could be a 16yr old kid who weighs 150 lbs and has no business doing juice at all, from his post he knows nothing about juice or training.

He should spend some time reading about the drugs he purchases before he uses them.

I agree to some extent. We all know he is a newbie...but let's face it.. we were all once "new" to the game.

He has come here for advice, and weather or not he is a newbie, we should try to point him in the right direction, thats what this website is for right? :)
 
Ya I hear ya man, but christ why would you go out and by 600 dbol if you didnt know how to use them or how to train?
Guess I'm just tired of people not doing proper research on the compounds they plan to use and not respecting them for what they are. I know we all have questions about certain things but it just sounds like this guy is cluless about the whole game.

Good point i wouldnt come on here and burst to buying 600 without a clue what they are or what they do, anyways hopefully he does now.

Got flamed so bad I needed a freaking fire extinguisher. But was the BEST thing for me!
Could not believe how much I didn’t know. I got some shit back in January and still have not touched it because I don’t feel I know as much as I should. Hell of a lot on info on this site. Thank god for Elite.

hello thanks for all the good advice 1st of all sorry should have posted more details about myself im 23 5"10 11 half stone been traning for bout a year n half trying various products but cant seem to get the gains i want im a bit confused do i take them all at once in the mornin or spread them through the day as i am not stacking them thanks again
