you guys obviously don't understand the way steroids work in your system.....you need a "stable" amount of the substance at all time, you DO NO grow while you are working out, you grow while you are recovering from the workout, which is ALL THE TIME...so you need the steroids in your system ALL THE TIME....its the repairing of the muscles that the steroid aids in and that is where the muscle grows, you don't take steroids for a pre workout boost
