I'm going to do these for my first cycle, you guys have talked me out of doing a oral only.

i'll have 200x Russian D-bol (Akrikhin) 5mg

Not sure how many I will get of these, but only want to do 200mg a week >> Deca-durabolin (Organon, Holland), 100 mg/ml, 2ml vial

Again how many for the above? Clomid (Anfarm, Greece) 50 mg

Could Some one please help me work out a cycle. I figure I will Kick start on dbol and then add the deca later, then finish on some clomid.

Just need some idea of lenght on each...

Length of the course depends on you and your bodys ability to maintain the added size. As a beginner I'd try an 8 week of deca as you said 200mg/ week. Taper the dbol as follows: 2,4,6,8,8,6,4,2 pey day each week. Start the clomid 2-3 weeks after your last deca shot at 100mg/day for the 1st week then drop to 50mg for a further 2.

Ummmm few more questions

Can I use my quad for deca jabs and what size pins would be best for deca in the quad?

Also can I use the same quad site to jab every week?

Long blue or green. You can use the same sight weekly. I was recently using prop every 3 days, alternating in my quads so was injecting 2cc every 6 days to the same quad. Make sure you use the search button and learn the correct injection proceedure.
