Hey bros, i noticed something when i was on bol a few weeks ago.
My flat DB press went up about15 lbs in about 4-5 weeks, but the great thing is, my soulders took it very well. Usually after flat bench, my lateral delts begin to burn and it takes away from my incline work bad. I didnt have this problem while on bol. As soon as i stopped the bol, shoulders were a problem on chest day again.
My ? is, could the pain free lifting be from the bloat? I wasnt taking any anti-es while on bol. Or is this just a pleasnt effect of bol? If its the bloat, ill stay away from anti-es while on bol.
