Eating is definitely quite important, ESPECIALLY in the middle of the night. You can't grow if you don't have anything to grow on.
 
bro, i am not saying that all yo0u need is sleep and you'll look like ronnie......all i am saying is, sleep is vital...and the best sleep in REM sleep. it takes the average perwson 1.5 hours to get there.....so if your waking up in the middle.....then you gotta start all over. take some ZMASS before you sleep...that will boost your test levels during the night...so you wont have to wake up.
 
ok...so how do you guys divide your dbol intake daily?? cuz i`m just about to start a cycle and i`ll be taking 7 dbol/day...how should i take it 1 every 3-4 hour??
 
best best is every 4 hours and a large dose before working out...

that large dose before working out will give you a great pump in the gym
 
bro, dont take anytime close to when your about to go to bed unless you want to wake up in a sweat. i would make sure i took the last ones before my workout.
 
This 'sleep' topic is interesting. When I take ZMass, I seem to sleep nearly 10 hours. Even, without it, I seem to get up constantly to take a piss. I drink a lot of water, so that is understandable, but for a while I was worried. My doctor said that it is not normal, and had me do all sort of tests. Nothing. Sometimes, I take Valerian Root, but taking too much leaves me too relaxed the next day.

My next cycle with Dbol, I'll trying spacing out like you guys have mentioned. I seem to be quite susceptible to Dbol. Prior to my cycle, I was stuck at 221 lbs for the longest time. After, I finally broke the 240 lbs mark, and kept it. I have not done any injectibles yet, looking forward to that in July. Going to try a Anadrol, Deca, Sust 250 stack cycle (not all at once - but spaced). I hear that I should really gain on this cycle - it will be my first stack cycle (and injectibles). Given my results from a Dbol only cycle, I hope I do good. I want to gain at least another 40 lbs and this should START me on my way.

So far, I'm 6'1" and 240/245 lbs. Not too pleased with the bodyfat, but I hate ardio and if I got my head out of my ass, I can really get this down. I guess I'm just scared that I'd lose all my hard earned mass.
 
Don't set the alarm for the middle of the night... this is likely to wake you up in the middle of a REM cycle, and screw up your rest. Instead I like to drink a whole lot of water before I sleep. Four hours later you will wake up naturally to go piss. You can then take the d-bol and eat something.
 
i agree with vinnie, I sweat if I take them before I go to sleep, but hey, if people take them that way, and when they get up at night, it's there d-bol tabs, and whatever works for them, they should do. I don't take them before I go to bed or in the middle of the night, for the fact is on the cycle, all those night tabs add up, and I would like to have them for when I'm up, and before I'm ready to lift. I like 30mg a day. Two in the morning two in the afternoon and two before a lift, just the way I like them though. I don't like doing no longer then 5 or six weeks either.
