dbol before bed?

Yes, I always take one before bed and than again if I wake up in the middle of night.There best if cycled around the clock.This truly is not probable for everyone but like I said if you are to wake up to piss or someshit go head and pop one.
 
Total waste of gear taking it at night.

You've got a life of about 3 maybe 4 hrs with dbol. It will serve no purpose just floating around 'to keep your blood levels up'.

Think of it more as that pre-work out pick me up.

But isn't the point of taking it before bed so the anabolic effects can work to build muscle while you sleep.?
 
A simple application of only 10 mg results in a 5-fold increase in the average testosterone concentration in the male, This is good while you sleep its even better if you can set an alarm or get up some how in the midle of the night and take another one 4 hours after you go to sllep that way you have a constint blood level 24 hrs a day, this will be much more bennaficial than taking them 2 times a day. Yes you can get results by say taking them 2-3 times a day.All I'm saying is gains would be better in my opinion if you had a constant blood flow of it in your system.

JibbyJabba, I will have to agree with you. If that was the case then ( Think of it more as that pre-work out pick me up. ) then we would all be taking 30mg before working out. Which would be a watse.

yeah... as protein anabolism occurs while someone is sleeping as well as when they are awake, I cannot see why putting an anabolic substance into ones body prior to sleep would be a "total waste"...

with that said, I know what he is saying... D-bol is an excellent pre-workout oral and, to a certain extent, it is sort of a waste to not take advantage of this. However, I am all for round the clock dosing... I think it would ultimately yield the best gains.

I gotta agree- getting great strength and pumps during a workout are great, but spreading the d-bol out in a day must give better gains in the long run.
