Dbol and EQ - what is the difference?

These two are related chemically right, so how come Dbol is really harsh on the hairline, and other side effects too, but EQ is reportedly easy on the sides. Obviuosly, i'm not refering to liver problems from the 17-aa, but rather eostrogen and androgenic related side effects.
I just want to understand how a 17-aa molecule can effect a steroid so significantly that it can completely change its effects on the body. Or is this just heresay, and in actuallity, these two have very similar side effects?

not the same. eq was developed accidently while trying to develop injectable dbol. silimiar, not the same.

proviron is similiar to masteron, but not the same.......

YOu guys are harsh...lol. There is a huge difference. Dbol equals strenght fast, bloat, estrogenic side effects and is a huamn grade drug.You lose alot of what you gain on it. Its usally used in the beginning of a cycle till the long acting esters kick in. It should not be used for long periods of time either due to the liver toxicity associated with all orals. EQ is a Vet grade drug for horses. Blutwump had said the "Equi" part means Equin as in horses and he knows his stuff. It is taken for at least 10 weeks to get the afects fully it Aromatizes alot less and much of the gains are keepers from it. It increases your red blood cell count whereas the dbol is a from of test, I think not sure so dont hold me to that last part. So there are many differences as Im sure there are even more I did not think of.

Yeah, thanks for the help their guys...
I'm not some dumb ass kid by the way. I may have only a few posts under my belt on here but I have used gear on and off for seven years and in fact have used almost every different one except EQ, Tbol and Var.
I have recently began receeding pretty badly and have pretty much set my mind on a cycle of EQ and VAR with low dose test. However, I have never used EQ before and it concerns me that aas it is almost chemically identical to Dbol, it could have the same effect on my hairline as Dbol has had in the past.
Therefore, what I was trying to assertain is whether or not the two chemicals are that similar in effect within the body, or are they completely different. And I don't mean how they manifest in terms of muscle gains, but what they do with regards side effects, inparticular with regards to damage to the hairline.

They're not that similar chemically... I don't think I have a Chemdraw anymore, but an oversimplification would be that dianabol is chemically analogous to methyltest, who's notoriety is well know.
