In my opinion ....
You can get good results with less ... 5 mg with each of 3 major meals. This will allow you to see the changes and not worry about your liver, blood pressure and cholesterol.
I get ridiculed for this ... but certain Champs who did very well did only 6 mg a day ... 2 with each major meal. Take what you want ... none of my business.
You'll get stronger and larger almost every day. Some of this is water. Your appetite will grow daily. Stuff yourself with veggies and meat and eggs ... lots of water.
Your waist will grow. Lots of muscle in that area to grow and hold water. Be mentally prepared for this. Think about a routine that firms and doesn't build. The 6 pack is there.
Your mood will be happy.
When you stop, you'll not like it. Everything will come down, but you'll keep a lot of the muscle. Liver changes will take 3-6 months to come into range. No big deal.
