Dear Martha,

Things are going okay right now, but they could be better. The pustules are spreading and the doctor says that they seem to be shrinking in both size and in number. The pain is tolerable, with medication that is. But unfortunately the meds made me woozy.
Josh says he is sorry and we are trying to work things out. This is a bad time for me, but it needs to be done.
