day four on dnp....should i increase ??

today is my fourth day on dnp..i took 200mg the previous three days...can i up to 400mg today or should i wait till tommorrow. Im having no side effects as of yet...no rashes, been taking my tempeture and its around 98.5, i lost 2 pounds so far..but i have been eating a little cleaner so it might be from that.

I haven't done DNP yet but will start next week. From what I hear on day for up the ante to 2/day if you can tolerate the sides. My caps are 250mg so I will be taking 500mg on day four.

be very careful when dealing with DNP. i dont know how well you know your stuff but you are dealing with a life/death situation if you should overdose yourself. i'd always keep it on the lower dose side to be safe. an extra pound or two of body weight isnt worth the risk.
