I am on transdermal Fina right now and today is day 9.
Up from 215 to 221 without any increase in BF% Actually fractions of a % lower.
Started at

Arms-16.5" & 16.25"
Legs 27" & 26.5"
Neck-16.5"
Calves-16"
Now:
221
Arms-17" & 16.75+"
Legs- same
Neck-16.66"
Calves-16.25"
I think it
's mostly due to better diet and high protien, but the fina must be helping.
Look harder and fuller. Fell strong as hell and don't want to end my workouts. All lifts are up slightly
Will be adding Fina at 40mg ed in about 11 more days.
It seems to be working so far. Didn't see any effects until about day 5. I contibute most of my wieght to new diet though. But it's solid.
I am only sore for about 36 hours now and want to work out more and more.
I am doing:
M-Chest, Tri's
T-Quads, Calves
W-Hams, Back,forearms
TR-Delts, (chest pumping) push ups and flyes(light.
F-Off
S-Deadlifts, Biceps
Su-Active rest (swimming, easy jogs)
Large Bodyparts get 4 exercises @ 3-4 sets each and smaller ones get 3 X 3-4.
How does this look. I am looking for strength and lean hard muscle gains.
Should I up to each bodypart twice a week?
I feel like I can handle 3 times a week but I know that would be too much.
Should I do it twice but lower the worklevel a bit? Workouts are about 45min. now.
Any suggestions on a each bodypart twice per week set-up.
I am thinking of going with the every other day plan and just having a Day-A and Day-B type schedule.
