You have discovered what we tell people, and they ignore, in the last 3 days and that's great. You have to take the first dose with food. There are some people who can get away with a banana but most can't. Also, your headaches are carb depletion so add at least 30gr of simple carbs, a yogurt or something. I use a Clif Bar. You will sweat like crazy when you do that so don't be like, on your way to testify in court when you eat the carbs.
I've had palpitations before (anxiety) so I was kind of hesitant to take this but sheesh, after a couple of days I barely notice I'm on it. The only exception is in the morning on an empty stomach before cardio, it makes me a bit naucious and gives you mild heartburn (if you burp... the dreaded aromas will haunt you )
Aghhhh...its fucking 433 am and i cant sleep..i have been on Trex for about a week but this has not happened yet..this was also the lastest i ever taken it (i took it at 8pm) i am so fucking wound up...I dont suggest taking this past 6 Pm to anyone....i know i wont do it again
