day 16 on sust 250 cycle need advice!!!

some1 plz help wit this question

I am currently doing an 8 week cycle of the nile sust 250 at 500mgs a week I would like to know when it should start to kick in and what kind of results i should see right now i am two and a half weeks in a little stronger but i think its from the prop

Very hard to say seeing I don't know if you eat right, train right, sleep long enough... etc etc. I am assuming you are talking about size when you say "kick in". Week 3 and 4 into 5 is when I see my highest muscle gain.
 
most people say around week 3.... so give yourself a couple more days man and you should be blowin up.

"Kick in" in what respect? On Sus, most people will tell a difference in the first week. My "tell tale" signs are usually an increase in appetite and fuller more intense pumps. I usually will gain 3-5 pounds in the first two weeks. My sex drive gets a boost around day 4-6. Ev1 reacts differently, is this the first time you've used Sus?
 
when does sust 250 start 2 work newbie please help!!!

stats 5'9 185 12%bodyfat
i eat 200gms of protein a day
get about 8 hours of sleep
and train very hard
 
yeah its my first time i feel a little stronger but thats from the fast acting prop so i guess in acouple of days i should start blowin up

Keep pumpin bro, it'll take soon enough. Like i said the size comes around week 2-3. Throw some d-bol in the mix if you really want to blow up quick.
 
I agree with SuperDawgy. The effects of Sust 250 do vary from individual to individual but I notice the impact week 1....increase sex drive, appetite, and strength....due to the propionate. If you do not notice a distinct difference after week 3 you may wish to check your source. Hopefully your source is legitimate and no need to worry.

Hang in there if the product is the real deal....it will kick in....so hold on for the ride!
 
I'm real bad about not getting enough protein, sometimes I have to down a 100 gram shake at night just to catch up. lol
 
I always gain weight very fast from sust, starting at the beginning of week 2. Strength is hard to tell since you're pushing yourself so hard. Def. by the end of week 3 you should notice some definite strength gains though.

The guy is 185lbs... although ideally he may want to shoot closer to the 275 to 300 gram mark 200 grams should yield some gains.

You're remarks about "running a cutter" sounds like you actually reduce your protein intake when you are cutting???? Reduce calories yes... Protein? no.

That being said, its good to hit different ranges with your protein intake because your body adapts quickly... If you are shoveling in 400 to 500 grams of protein all the time your body will adapt to that. After a while, that becomes your bodies amount that it NEEDS. Keep your body guessing. Anyway, this isnt a protein post. its about sust. Theoretically, depending on his experience in steroids (obviously not much experience) and his protocol to working out and eating right etc etc will determine a ballpark idea of when he should see a rapid increase in size.

Ideally he should take in another 50 to 100 grams of protein... eat throughout the day.. Not just 3 meals a day. train with high intensity and he should see faily good gains. If he doesn't see much in a couple weeks... I would get my stuff tested.

Makes for a nice crap in the morning huh? I made the mistake last week of leaving my food at home. I was scrambling around all day trying to get my 250gr in for the day. Managed to hit 100 before i left work. Got home and doubled up on a Ultramet. 4 am came around and my ass was on the can. I hate making up for lost time!

Dude, what brand of Sus are you using?

It would be nice if you could just make up for all the lost protein my slamming 100g shakes, huh? Too bad it doesn't work like that.............

what are you talking about i never said i was cutting or that he was cutting..i was implying his protein is too low bulking or cutting..period!!!!

Which brings up a good point! Talk to 100 different BB's and you'll get 100 different answers on this question...How many gr of prot can the average male utilize in one sitting. I try to stick to the "60gr on/ 45 gr off cycle" rule. Any difference of opinion?
 
its just 100x more beneifital to supply the body every 2 hours or so with constatnt nutirients.........starving it and then slamming does nothing.......
 
im taking the nile sust its got the green letters on it including the batch and exp anyone ever take this b#92182 also has green ring around neck

Never tried nile. I get Organon cheap and i like the reliabilty of a brand name. I've heard good stuff about nile though. Should be the real deal.

That implies that a lower dose of protein would suffice for running a cutter just not as low as he is taking.

And whats with the exclamation points? This isnt a heated debate. I just pointed out what your wording implies. No need to get all red faced here. lol :worried:
 
Who cares what he implied, 200g of protien is enough especially if its all from solid food. Fuck thats like 7 cans of tuna a day. And yes ususally protien stays the same or even goes up during cutting.
 
Um ya... you just reiterated my first point. That he may want to up it 50 to 100 grams but 200 should still yeild some gains. And I assume when you say 200grams is enough... You must be taking in consideration of his weight because you have to be smart enough to realize that it depends on the LBM of a person. If he was 300lbs of muscle I dont think 200grams is going to be anabolic... more like catabolic at that point.

But thanks for jumping in and repeating what I already said the first time ;)
 
I'm about to start taking sustanon 250 and I've been doing alot of research on it. If you take an anti-estrogen(nolvadex, clomid, etc.) while on sustanon it will improve gains.

Any idea why this is so? I always wait until 3 weeks after my last dose to start PCT on sus.
